Bookings are confirmed upon payment and subject to airline/hotel availability. If a booking cannot be confirmed, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds and cancellations depend on airline/hotel policies. Our support team assists in processing eligible refunds as per policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or scrapers
• Hacking or attempting to disrupt our servers
• Fraudulent bookings
• Impersonation or identity theft

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on KingFlyZone are owned or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms or illegal activity. In severe cases, we may pursue legal action.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage contacting our support first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Pakistan and resolved via arbitration or court jurisdiction in Lodhran District.
