Subscription Information

Effective Date: July 30, 2025

KingFlyZone offers optional subscription services for frequent travelers. These subscriptions come with added benefits such as priority support, exclusive deals, free cancellations, and premium filters.

1. Subscription Plans

• Basic: Free – standard booking services only
• Pro Traveler: PKR 999/month – priority support, hotel discounts, auto-check-in
• Global Elite: PKR 2,499/month – access to exclusive travel concierge, free cancellations, VIP hotline

2. Benefits Overview

• Early access to flash deals
• Free cancellation on select bookings
• Dedicated email/chat support
• Reduced service fees
• Travel insurance discount (25%)

3. Payment & Billing

• All subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually
• Recurring billing is auto-enabled unless canceled
• VAT/tax may apply depending on your country

4. Subscription Management

You can view or cancel your subscription from the dashboard under My Subscriptions.

• Log in to your KingFlyZone account
• Go to Account → Subscriptions
• Choose upgrade, downgrade, or cancel

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel anytime
• Refunds are not issued for unused portions unless service was not delivered
• Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata within 7 days of purchase

6. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day trial of Pro Traveler:

• Valid only once per user
• No card is charged during trial
• You can cancel before trial ends to avoid charges

7. Upgrade or Downgrade

• Upgrade is applied immediately with prorated billing
• Downgrade takes effect after current billing cycle

8. Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you consent to auto-renewal unless canceled manually before renewal date. Reminder emails are sent 3 days before renewal.

9. Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, your account will be notified
• You have 5 days to update payment method before downgrade to Free plan

10. Family/Team Plans

We currently do not support shared subscriptions. Each user must maintain their own individual plan.

11. Benefits Limitations

• Some benefits like free cancellations are limited to select flights and hotels
• Subject to availability and booking partner cooperation

12. Subscription History

You can download full invoice and history from your account portal anytime.

13. Abuse & Misuse

• Sharing accounts or misusing benefits may result in cancellation
• No refund will be issued for banned accounts

14. Service Availability

• Subscription services are currently available in Pakistan, UAE, UK, and US
• Other countries coming soon

15. Change in Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing or structure of plans. You will be notified 30 days before any changes take effect.

16. Account Cancellation

If you delete your KingFlyZone account, your subscription will be auto-canceled. No refunds for remaining time unless legally required.
