Payment Terms
Effective Date: July 30, 2025
These Payment Terms govern how KingFlyZone collects, processes, and manages your payments for flight bookings, hotel reservations, packages, and services.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit Cards from recognized banks
- Local wallet integrations (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash – Pakistan only)
- PayPal (for select countries)
- Bank transfers (manual, verified within 1–2 business days)
2. Currency & Conversion
- All charges are displayed in your selected currency.
- Final conversion may depend on your card issuer or payment gateway.
3. Taxes and Fees
Prices shown include applicable:
- Government taxes (GST, VAT)
- Fuel surcharges (for flights)
- KingFlyZone service fees
4. Payment Security
- All payments are processed via SSL-encrypted channels.
- We are PCI-DSS compliant for secure card handling.
- Card information is never stored on our servers.
5. Invoice & Receipts
- A receipt will be emailed to your registered email after successful payment.
- Invoices can be downloaded from your “My Bookings” dashboard.
6. Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined:
- Please check with your card issuer or wallet provider.
- Try using an alternate method or contact us for manual assistance.
7. Payment Confirmation
- You will receive an email and SMS once payment is confirmed.
- Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
8. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after approval from the airline/hotel.
- It can take 5–21 business days depending on the bank and method used.
9. Duplicate Payment Handling
- If you are charged twice, contact support@kingflyzone.com immediately.
- Refunds for duplicate charges are initiated within 48 hours of confirmation.
10. Booking Holds
In some cases, a temporary authorization hold may appear on your card for failed or pending transactions. These usually reverse within 7 days.
11. Prepaid vs Postpaid
- Flights are mostly prepaid (charged immediately).
- Hotels may be prepaid or postpaid — clearly shown at checkout.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage users to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account bans. For disputes:

13. Wallet Credits
- Refunds can optionally be stored in your KingFlyZone Wallet for faster reuse.
- Wallet balance is valid for 12 months.
14. Subscription/Auto-Renewals
For services like travel insurance or premium features, auto-renewals will be clearly mentioned and require consent. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date.
15. Service Fees
In addition to airline/hotel costs, we may charge:
- Service fee: PKR 500–3,000 depending on route/provider
- Emergency change/cancellation: Up to PKR 5,000
16. Price Fluctuation Disclaimer
All prices are dynamic and subject to change until full payment is completed. A price lock is valid only if the feature is selected during checkout.
17. Currency Mismatch
- If your payment card uses a different currency, your bank may apply conversion charges.
18. Manual Payment Instructions
For bank transfers:
- Send payment slip to support@kingflyzone.com
- Include Booking ID and full name
19. Late Payments
For postpaid or group invoices, a 2% late fee may apply after 7 days of due date unless a grace period is requested and approved.
