1. General Rules
- All cancellations must be made through KingFlyZone's website or app.
- Third-party or direct airline/hotel cancellations may not be recognized.
- Cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, or supplier rules.
2. Time-Based Refunds
Your refund amount depends on how early you cancel:
- More than 72 hours before departure: Maximum refund eligible
- 24–72 hours: Partial refund based on supplier terms
- Less than 24 hours: Usually non-refundable unless Flex Policy is selected
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are typically non-refundable:
- Promo codes and discounted tickets
- Travel insurance once issued
- Last-minute hotel reservations
4. Airline Ticket Cancellation
Air ticket refunds depend on airline fare rules. In most cases:
- Refund may take 7–21 working days
- Processing fees may apply
- Some low-cost carriers do not allow cancellation
5. Hotel Booking Cancellation
- Hotels may allow free cancellation up to 48 hours prior
- Non-refundable rates are clearly marked during booking
- Hotel-specific policies override general rules
6. Service Cancellation by Us
KingFlyZone reserves the right to cancel any booking if:
- Payment was fraudulent or unverified
- Hotel or flight is no longer available
- User violates platform terms or refund misuse is suspected

You can cancel a booking by:
- Going to your “My Bookings” section
- Selecting the booking and clicking “Cancel”

8. Refund Timeline
- Flight refund: 5–21 business days
- Hotel refund: 3–10 business days
- Wallet or credit card refund depends on your bank
9. Partial Cancellations
Some bookings may allow partial cancellation (e.g., one passenger out of group or one segment of flight). These require support team involvement:

10. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your flight or hotel:
- No refund is generally applicable
- It is considered as a completed/used booking
11. Flexi Cancellation Policy
If you select "Flexi Cancellation" during booking:
- You can cancel up to 6 hours before departure for partial refund
- An additional charge applies during booking
12. Force Majeure
Refunds for cancellations due to acts of God (e.g., war, flood, pandemic) may vary depending on airline/hotel provider policies. KingFlyZone cannot guarantee full refund in such cases.
13. Coupon or Discount Forfeiture
If you cancel a booking made with a discount or promo code:
- Promo value will not be refunded
- Discounts are non-transferable to future bookings
14. Chargeback Warning
Attempting unauthorized chargebacks after a confirmed refund may result in:
- Account suspension
- Blocking of future bookings
15. Cancellation Confirmation
You will receive email and SMS confirmation once a cancellation request is completed.

18. Multi-Airline Itineraries
Each airline's cancellation policy will apply individually. Connecting flights on different airlines cannot be canceled as a whole in many cases.
19. Cancellation Fees
Typical cancellation fee ranges:
- Airline: PKR 1,000–8,000 per ticket
- Hotel: Up to one night charge
- KingFlyZone processing fee: PKR 500–2,000 (if applicable)
20. Final Statement
By making a booking with KingFlyZone, you agree to this cancellation policy. Always read fare and hotel rules carefully before booking.
